As our products are perishable food products, all sales are final. RENCAH will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
RENCAH is not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered.
We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been shipped out by third-party carriers, but this, of course, is out of our control. We will however, do our very best to ensure the best experience for our customers.
To enjoy the flavours of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements to receive your product promptly when delivered. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment.
For health and safety reasons, perishable foods are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which RENCAH shipped the incorrect item.
Returns are allowed within 7 days for perishable foods that are brand new, unopened and in the same conditions, and packaging as when you received it. Your returned items need to be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
There will be no refund of shipping charges except in cases in which RENCAH shipped the incorrect product. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will verify and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify if you are eligible for a refund after inspection of the returned item(s).
If your return & refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the set amount of days based on your card issuer or bank's policies.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, you will receive a replacement product.
To return your product, you should mail your product to G19A, Empire Damansara, No. 2, Jalan PJU 8/8A, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Customers will bare the shipping costs involved for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
