1. Are RENCAH products Halal certified? 
Our products are Pork-free, however we are in the progress of applying Halal Certification. 

2. How long does it take to ship out my order?  
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship your order out within 24-48 business hours, Mondays to Fridays only. Once the order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and tracking details inside. 

3. How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online at any time. Follow these steps:
- Go to shipping courier provider
- Enter your tracking number
- Press "Track now" to process

3. I live outside of Klang Valley, do you ship throughout the whole of Malaysia?
We currently deliver to Peninsular Malaysia only but we are working hard to expand delivery options to the whole of Malaysia as well as SEA regions as soon as we can. Take note that currently, our Chilled Products can only be delivered within the Klang Valley Area, to ensure the products arrive to our customers safely, and fresh. However, we will be expanding delivery options throughout the rest of Malaysia very soon too, so stay tuned!

4. Can I return the product?
As our products are perishable food products, all sales are final. RENCAH will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To ensure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving of your order.  

5. What do I do if I have submitted the wrong shipping address?
To ensure you receive your order in the shortest timeframe possible, we will always try to arrange for shipping as soon as possible. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +60169395567 at once and we will try to amend the shipping address for you. However once the order has been shipped out, we will not be able to amend the address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
