Shipping and Fulfilment Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will prepare and ship your order out within 24-48 business hours (Mondays to Fridays only). Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and tracking details inside.
How do I track my order status?
You can track your order online 24 hours/7 days by following these steps:
- Go to shipping courier provider
- Enter your tracking number.
- Press "Track now" to process
If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, please do not panic. This means that your parcel was just picked up by our respective courier partner and it is not scanned into the system yet. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping.
Please Whatsapp us at +60169395567 with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.
When will I receive my Order?
After your order is shipped out, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
1 - 3 working days (except weekends and holidays)
Please reach out to us by +60169395567 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you find some items missing in your parcel with your order number and the missing item's name. We will investigate the matter for you right away.
How do I check delivery lead time of a product?
Delivery to some postcodes and outlying areas outside Klang Valley may take slightly longer.
Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on weekdays only.
I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe of 1 to 3 business days.
You may expect delay in delivery if we are experiencing in a high volume of orders, we will notify you through e-mail to these changes if applicable.
Note: Your tracking number will be available on the courier tracking site in the next 24 hours, as the item has only just been shipped.
How can I know exact date and time of the delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
Can I cancel my order after order has been shipped?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate to your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.
Is there any domestic area in Malaysia that you cannot deliver to?
We currently deliver to Peninsular Malaysia only but we are working hard to expand delivery options to the whole of Malaysia as well as SEA regions as soon as we can. Take note that currently, our Chilled Products can only be delivered within the Klang Valley Area, to ensure the products arrive to our customers safely, and fresh. However, we will be expanding delivery options throughout the rest of Malaysia very soon too, so stay tuned!
Can you deliver the package to my office?
We will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.
